I had the best experience from the start from booking a last minute appointment to getting there, even with finding route to the clinic from my place was assisted by the people in the clinic. Dr. Abdel was very kind, patient and explained everything well and gave me all the things I needed for my recovery. I am a student studying abroad with no immediate family next to me except for friends but this experience made me feel heard and seen. I also got a student discount which was very kind. InfinityDoc is an amazing service, with wonderful people! There is no way to recommend them highly enough. We were in Milan for a trip and a member of our party got sick. The doctors made numerous trips to treat the illness, and ensured the correct specialist was there to administer. This was during a time of social upheaval, and strikes across the city, which impeded traffic and was a drain on their time and personnel. They still showed up. Even in the middle of the night! We moved from Milan to Como, another member of our party got sick early in the morning, and InfinityDoc did not hesitate to travel there from Milan and provide treatment. Meanwhile, another service provider, which claimed to have doctors in Como, claimed they couldn't find anyone to help. In terms of the actual treatment: the doctors were professional, accurate, reasoning, and personable.
